Wood sculpture and woodworking are among the most representative artisanal expressions of Jesús María. Thanks to the talent of its artisans, the municipality has become an important state-level reference for the creation of fine furniture, sculptures, reliefs, traditional masks, and hand-carved decorative pieces. The tradition of woodworking has been passed down from generation to generation, preserving techniques that combine creativity, precision, and a deep knowledge of the materials.
