Overview

Los Conos are one of the most representative symbols of the municipality of El Llano and one of the most distinctive historical remains in the state. These impressive cone-shaped structures were built as granaries for storing grain and formed part of the agricultural infrastructure associated with the former Palo Alto Hacienda, one of the most important rural estates in the region.
