Guava rolls are one of the most iconic and traditional sweets of Calvillo, a Magical Town recognized as the guava capital of the world. Made from natural guava pulp, these delicious treats are known for their cylindrical shape and for combining the sweet, aromatic flavor of the fruit with ingredients such as walnuts, coconut, amaranth, or, in some versions, cajeta and dulce de leche.
