The Chicalote Camino Real Bridge, also known as the Chicalote Bridge, is one of the most important historical landmarks in Jesús María and a valuable remnant of the former Camino Real de Tierra Adentro, the legendary route that for more than three centuries connected central New Spain with the mining regions of northern Mexico.
